Where are you located?
The Unhelpful Ranger - Department of Misguidance is headquartered in the Pacific Northwest. All of our apparel is proudly printed right here in the United States, by real Americans, in actual American facilities located throughout this great nation. Every product and ill-advised field advice is made on U.S. soil, which is more than we can say for most of our wilderness guidance.
Do you ship internationally?
No. The Department of Misguidance operates exclusively within the borders of the United States, a country we are reasonably confident we have jurisdiction over.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a special number so you can follow your package's journey right to your doorstep.
What materials are your products made of?
Our t-shirts are made from 100% soft-spun cotton, giving them a lightweight, comfortable feel that holds up to both heavy wear and whatever the wilderness throws at you. The fabric is pre-shrunk, so the size you order is the size you keep, which means no surprises after the first wash.
